FlowNexa acknowledges complaints within one business day and provides a resolution path or progress update within a reasonable time depending on complexity.
4. Process
Step 1: receive and classify. Step 2: clarify with the customer if needed. Step 3: propose a resolution. Step 4: implement and confirm outcome. Unresolved disputes should first be negotiated before other remedies under Vietnamese law.

Complaint information is handled under the Privacy Policy and shared internally only as needed to resolve the matter.
