1. General principle
FlowNexa may publish VND list prices for the managed AI Chatbot Standard plan on the website. List prices are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. Additional services, integrations, and custom development remain quotation-based after consultation or needs assessment.
2. Annual AI Chatbot subscription
The AI Chatbot Standard plan is a 12-month prepaid managed-service subscription. Conversation, AI-response, and session limits are stated on the Pricing page. Limits reset monthly and do not roll over. The first applicable limit wins.
3. Onboarding fee and promotions
Standard and promotional onboarding fees (when enabled) are published as structured fields on the Pricing page. Promotions apply only while enabled and within configured validity windows. Selecting a plan on the website does not create an online order.
4. Project quotes and extended services
CRM/ERP/PMS/API integrations, external channels, transactional workflows, dedicated infrastructure, enhanced SLA, and custom development are assessed and quoted separately. Managed services outside the Standard plan are agreed in contract — the website does not sell packages automatically or take online payment.
5. Process

flownexa.ai is a business-to-business website used to introduce services and receive consultation requests. The website does not provide a shopping cart, online ordering, electronic contract formation, or online payment functionality.
Submitting a form, requesting a quotation, or booking a consultation does not create an order or contract. The scope of work, pricing, timeline, delivery method, and payment terms become effective only after FlowNexa and the customer confirm them in a separate quotation, purchase order, agreement, or contract.
6. Scope changes
Scope changes, limit upgrades, or add-ons after signing may affect cost and timeline; adjustments are confirmed in writing before work proceeds.
