FlowNexa may collect your name, phone number, email, company name, consultation need, and messages you send through forms, email, Zalo, Messenger, or other official contact channels.
2. How we use information
We use the information to respond to consultation requests, prepare discussions, suggest suitable solutions, improve our services, and maintain contact when needed.

We may receive information through the website, contact forms, email, phone, Zalo, Messenger, or direct business discussions.
4. Data sharing
FlowNexa does not sell your contact data. We only share information with your consent, when necessary to provide services (for example, email delivery via AWS SES), or when required by law.
5. Parties that may access data
Data may only be accessed by authorized FlowNexa personnel and infrastructure, hosting, email, analytics, or technical-support providers required to operate the website and process requests.
Access is limited by purpose, scope of work, and the principle of least privilege. FlowNexa does not sell personal data or use contact data for unrelated purposes without an appropriate legal basis.
6. Storage and security
We use reasonable measures to protect information from unauthorised access, loss, misuse, or unnecessary disclosure.
Controls include HTTPS/TLS, access control, least privilege, authentication, logging and monitoring, backup where applicable, dependency and security updates, and incident handling. FlowNexa does not publish internal architecture, credentials, or other exploitable implementation details.
7. Data retention
Contact data is retained for as long as necessary to process requests, prepare quotations, perform customer agreements, maintain customer relationships, and comply with legal obligations.
When the processing purpose no longer applies or FlowNexa receives a valid request, the data will be deleted, anonymized, or restricted, unless continued retention is required for legal, accounting, tax, dispute-resolution, or legitimate-interest purposes.
8. Requests to access, correct, delete, or restrict data
Users may submit a request to hello@flownexa.ai with the subject “Personal Data Request” and sufficient information for FlowNexa to verify the requester and identify the relevant data.
FlowNexa acknowledges receipt within three business days. A response or processing-status update is expected within 30 days, unless another period is required by law or the request is complex. FlowNexa may request additional information where necessary to prevent unauthorized access to or deletion of data.
