This policy applies to professional consulting, implementation, and support services provided by FlowNexa under agreement with business customers. The website does not sell products online and does not collect card payments on the site.
2. Payment methods
Payment is made against invoices by bank transfer or another method stated in the agreed quotation or contract. Bank details and transfer references are provided on the invoice or contract schedule.
3. Payment timing
Payment schedules (deposit, milestones, or phases) are defined in the quotation or contract. Customers should pay on time so FlowNexa can maintain the agreed delivery timeline.
4. Invoices and records
FlowNexa issues invoices in accordance with Vietnamese law using its registered legal entity details. Customers must provide complete billing information before invoices are issued.
5. Third-party fees
Software licences, cloud infrastructure, or other third-party fees (if any) are itemised in the quotation and are usually paid separately under the vendor’s terms unless the contract states otherwise.
