1. Roles
For website contact data, FlowNexa is typically the controller. In delivery projects, FlowNexa may process customer data on documented instructions (processor).
2. Purpose
To deliver agreed services, support operations, protect security, and meet legal obligations.
3. Customer instructions
When acting as processor, FlowNexa processes data only under contract and lawful customer instructions.
4. Subprocessors
Infrastructure or email providers (for example cloud platforms, AWS SES) may be used with appropriate safeguards. Details are listed in a DPA/contract on request.
5. Dedicated DPA
Enterprise customers may request a supplemental Data Processing Agreement during contract negotiation.
