1. Scope
This policy applies to FlowNexa’s B2B professional services. The website does not sell consumer goods online; any refunds are handled under the signed contract or quotation.
2. Cancellation before delivery
If a customer cancels before FlowNexa starts the agreed work, deposits may be partly or fully refundable under the contract. Fees for completed discovery or consulting may be non-refundable if stated in the quotation.
3. Cancellation during delivery
If cancelled mid-engagement, FlowNexa charges for completed work and reasonable costs incurred. Unused prepaid amounts may be refunded after reconciliation unless the contract states otherwise.
4. Refunds
Eligible refunds are paid by bank transfer to the customer’s paying account within a reasonable time after both parties agree the amount and documentation.
5. Third-party services
Licence or infrastructure fees already purchased from third parties are usually non-refundable under those vendors’ policies.
