1. Support scope
Support applies to customers with an active FlowNexa service agreement or an in-progress contracted engagement. New consultation requests are handled via the Contact page.
2. Channels
Email: hello@flownexa.ai. Phone / Zalo: 0948 279 029. Messenger and other official channels listed on the website. For serious security incidents, prefer email over informal channels.
3. Business hours
FlowNexa responds during Vietnam business hours, typically within one business day for standard requests. 24/7 support applies only when stated in a managed-services contract or separate SLA.
4. Priority
Production-impacting issues are prioritised over general consulting or scope-change requests. Detailed SLAs (if any) are defined in the service contract, not as a generic public website promise.
5. Limits
Support does not include out-of-scope work, fixes for third-party issues outside FlowNexa’s control, or requests that violate law or the Terms of Use.
